Email Marketing Work Examples

These are examples of email marketing I did for my internship last summer at Continental Properties. The goal of these emails was to get current residents living in the communities to 'refer a friend' for a discount on their rent as a reward. I was assigned multiple of these emails that I had to design, and pull and filter lists for numerous communities. Each email took around 30 minutes and I would complete 5 per week for this specific special. When creating these in Hubspot I used creative skills to make the visuals desirable and capture the viewers attention. I also made sure that the discount was easily understood and stood out from the rest of the image. I had to effectivley manage my time so that I could complete these emails when they were due and that they were sent to the correct community manager. They also had to go through an approval process by a fellow marketing team member. The email was then scheduled to send out and a few days later I would craft a follow up email with data from Google Analytics showing key events.
