Here's who I am & what I do
My name is Sofia Fighera and I am currently a Senior pursuing a Marketing major at Marquette University.I am currently working part time for Continental Properties as their Marketing Intern. I chose this major because I am fascinated with the power of effective communication as well as the thrill behind staying at the forefront of new technology around technology within social media. I would characterize myself as a very diligent, adaptable, and personable individual who has a very unique sense of creativity. I love working in tight knit groups and with other individuals that have a mindset similar to my own. At Continental I gained experience working with Hubspot, using tracking numbers, creating UTM codes, expense reporting, adobe photoshop, and performing various email marketing tasks. I also had the opportunity to assist the Brand Specialist with design projects and learned how to take professional headshots. I grew up in San Francisco and in my personal life I am very passionate about music, cooking, running and movies. I also am involved with the Gallerie of Shoppes, a non profit organization that raises money for women to finish their education, and run their social media accounts. I am very interested in pursuing my marketing career and applying what I have learned in school and during my internship to my future.
